Shrimp Feta Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 block feta (8oz)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lbs raw shrimp
  • Some basil
  • 1 large beetroot
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • 1 handful arugula
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Oven to 400.
  • Put tomatoes and feta into an oven pan and over with oil. Add in some salt and pepper. Toss a bit
  • Bake for 35 min or till the tomatoes are bursting
  • Take it out, smash the tomatoes and feta with a fork. Mix it all to make a sauce
  • Add garlic and shrimp and mix it all up again. Back into the oven she goes for like 10 min
  • Cook pasta
  • After 10 min, take out and check to see if shimp is cooked through. If not then obvisouly put it back in
  • Mix sauce, pasta, and basil together
  • Give it to your dog and order a pizza fatty
